Once you're hired you will be employed in a very prestigious and honorable place to work. "The pay is outstanding at Delta AirLines, and the benefits are excellent," says Brian Johnson, a Delta flight superintendent (Deltas name for a dispatcher). "You're in an environment where you know you'll be listened to, and you are rewarded for excellence. Everyone is glad to be here. The company treats us very well." This quote alone is very convincing evidence that Deltas work environment is outstanding. However, the airline offers more than just a great place to work.

Delta employees enjoy an excellent total compensation and benefits package. All employees are offered free flight benefits, along with comprehensive medical and dental insurance plans upon employment, and a 401k plan after one year. As an employee of Delta AirLines you would be able to fly up to 100 hours a month (this is chosen by law) and have the opportunity to receive an annual income of about $90,000.
