 |  |  | Leo F. Mullin is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Delta AirLines at its world headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Leo F. Mullin joined Delta on August 14, 1997. Prior to joining Delta, he served as Vice Chairman of Unicom Corporation and its chief subsidiary, Commonwealth Edison, from 1995 to 1997. Prior to Unicom, Mr. Mullin served as President and Chief Operating Officer at First Chicago for two years, while holding other key management positions for 15 years. Previous to joining First Chicago in January 1981, Leo F. Mullin served as Senior Vice President for five years in Strategic Planning at Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail) in Philadelphia. Before joining Conrail, he spent nine years with McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm in Washington, DC. Along with hold various leadership positions, Mr. Mullin also serves on the corporation boards of BellSouth Corporation and Johnson & Johnson. In addition, he is a board member of the Air Transportation Association (ATA) and past Chairman of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Besides his business accomplishments, Leo F. Mullin has long been recognized for strong community leadership. He is a member of Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Robert W. Woodruff Arts Center. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Georgia Research Alliance. Leo F. Mullin received a degree in engineering and applied physics from Harvard, a degree in applied mathematics from The Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
